At OXKnit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium knitwear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your knitwear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
